We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, operations, and execution of a wide range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of event logistics, production, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end event delivery from initial planning through execution, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring every aspect aligns with timeline, scope and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, developing strong working relationships to fully understand expectations and deliver tailored, high-quality events.
  • Manage project timelines and critical paths, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Lead and motivate the event operations team, fostering collaboration and excellence in execution.  
  • Manage logistics of event planning, including venue selection, catering, social events, transportation, staffing, audiovisual and technology, signage and on-site coordination.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, securing competitive pricing and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate the exhibition, including communication with sponsors and exhibitors, floorplans and production schedules.
  • Plan and oversee branding, signage, staging and venue layouts.
  • Manage event communications including responses to general inquiries and registration support.
  • On-site event management and operations, managing staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations and excellent delivery.
  • Post-event evaluation, including debriefs, reporting and collection of stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external suppliers and event participants, ensuring streamlined communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks to meet multiple deadlines within a dynamic environment  
  • Oversee event budgets and financial management, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Ensure events are delivered with high quality and level of service in line with company standards. 
  • Proactively identify, address and resolve issues, offering solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in planning and execution
  • Strong time management skills; able to manage 4-5 projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
  • Travel abroad 5-7 times per year, lasting a few days to a week
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, independent and a strong team player
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong service orientation.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and event management systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor’s degree – advantage; 
  • Minimum 2-3 years' professionalexperience in event management; with a strong track record of successfully executing a variety of events.
  • Certification in event planning or project management (e.g., CMP, PMP) - advantage.
  • Previous experience in budget management
  • English – fluent – professional/mother tongue level, verbal and written; 
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, etc.
