Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing marketing agency in Damansara. As they are expanding, they are looking for Event Manager to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique vision and goals.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Source and manage vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize costs and quality.
• Oversee event setup, ensuring flawless execution of staging, lighting, and sound requirements.
• Lead the event team to ensure seamless execution of all operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Assist in developing engaging promotional materials to attract attendees.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess event success.
• Lead and motivate event teams, including volunteers, staff, and external vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Event field.
• Have experience in managing a team would be added advantage.
• Have experience in dealing with clients and vendors.
• Flexibility as occasionally required to travel out of klang valley
• Strong communication skill in English and Mandarin (Due to business nature)

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
