Drive the future of brand experience in Los Angeles: We are looking for an Event Manager (all genders) to create high-profile activations and bring automotive innovation to life.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Concept Development: Identify cultural trends and communities to develop innovative, brand-aligned event concepts and live experiences.
  • Event Production: Manage the full event lifecycle, including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and seamless on-site execution.
  • Guest & Partner Curation: Build relationships with creators and brands while curating guest lists that align with the brand strategy.
  • Hospitality & Hosting: Oversee guest management and on-site hosting to ensure a premium, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
  • Performance Optimization: Track KPIs and analyze event data to derive insights and recommendations to continuously improve future formats.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant degree in business, event management or marketing and experience in event production, experiential marketing and hospitality
  • Strong sense for culture and trends with the ability to turn creative ideas into executable event concepts
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholders
  • Hands-on, detail oriented and you are flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends (when required)
  • Full fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Chinese) are a plus
