About the Role

The Event Manager is responsible for the seamless planning and execution of assigned hotel events. This position serves as a key connection between our sales team, hotel departments, and guests, ensuring that every event detail is communicated, coordinated, and executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and effective verbal and written communication with internal and external customers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between field sales representatives and customers from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up.
• Oversee the complete customer experience from file turnover through event execution and final handoff to the sales team.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups and convention services.
• Facilitate Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings, block reviews, and other operational meetings as needed.
