Tradeshow Manager

100% Remote

We’re looking for a Tradeshow Manager to drive the strategic planning and flawless execution of high-impact global trade shows and

branded event experiences that strengthen Cloudflare’s presence in-market and support pipeline generation. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic

Events, you will own major event programs end to end — from planning and budget management through onsite delivery and post-event recap — turning complex products, priorities, and audiences into memorable, high-performing experiences. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Field

Marketing, Sales, Analyst Relations, and external vendors to ensure every show reflects Cloudflare’s brand, supports business goals, and delivers a polished

attendee and employee experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of major trade shows and flagship event activations (equivalent of 12-14 annually), including timelines, in booth presentation schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, list uploads, meeting room calendars, and post-event reporting.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong planning partnerships across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align messaging, goals, assets, and staffing.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Manage exhibit houses, freight, A/V, labor, production, and venue partners to secure high-quality execution, strong service levels, and cost-effective delivery.
• On-Site Event Leadership: Serve as the operational lead onsite, coordinating booth build, troubleshooting issues, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and internal teams.
• Budget and Performance Management: Track spend against budget, maintain event trackers and run-of-show documents, reconcile invoices, and summarize results and recommendations after each program.
• Operational Excellence: Create clear event briefs, playbooks, and support materials so teams know what to do, when to do it, and who owns each step.
• Cloudflare Connect: Support the planning and onsite execution of the Cloudflare user conference expo floor, to include sponsor booths, experiential activations, and branded Cloudflare environments that bring the company story to life. Own floor planning, stakeholder coordination, production timelines, and day-of execution to ensure every element is polished, purposeful, and aligned to event goals.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing large-scale corporate tradeshows, third party conferences, or experiential marketing programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate many workstreams at once under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and onsite logistics with a high level of detail and accountability.
• Familiarity with event and collaboration tools such as Jifflenow, Swoogo, G-Suite, Zoom, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional weekends and extended onsite event coverage.

This is a Contract position based out of Midlothian, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
