The Event Management team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences. Seeking experienced Events Managers to join the team, to plan our events and ensure an exceptional customer experience during the event planning process. Crown Perth has the ability to hold events up to 2,000 in our ballrooms and has many other event spaces across the property to suit everyone’s needs and wants.

In this role, you’ll provide unforgettable experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Management, planning and organisation of events, exhibitions and conferences held within Crown

• This role ensures ongoing client relationships are maintained and strengthened

• Delivers outstanding service to clients through clear communication and service delivery

• Ensure we work within our guidelines while continuing to improve processes

• Work closely with the team members, provide support and a collaborative approach

• Preparation of Banquet Event Orders and distribution

• Transfer of all event details to the operating team

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Passion for working within Events and bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the role.

• Ideally have experience within a similar large scale event planning/ event management role

• Exceptional client relationship building skills

• Industry knowledge, understanding of trends and expectations to provide the best events possible

• Ability to manage a large, varied workload and look after multiple projects

• Possess a strong worth ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
