For our Marketing team, we are looking for an organized, hands-on, and resourceful

EVENT MANAGER

Events are where Ardena shows up in person — the booth at a major congress, the symposium that brings the field together, the webinar that keeps the conversation going in between. You own those moments end to end. From logistics and lead capture to the campaigns that fill the calendar before a show even opens, you make sure every event runs smoothly, looks the part, and turns conversations into opportunities. It’s a role for someone who loves the detail, keeps a cool head when plans shift, and gets a kick out of seeing it all come together on the day.

• External events: You own conferences, symposia, and trade shows from start to finish — logistics, booth management, and on-site coordination — and you work hand in hand with sales to capture and hand over leads.

• Pre-event meeting campaigns: In close partnership with our commercial team, you drive meeting bookings ahead of every trade show through outreach support, dedicated landing pages, and targeted promotion — so the team arrives with a full agenda.

• Webinars: You plan, coordinate speakers, promote, and follow up on webinars, running them as a lead-generation channel that keeps Ardena visible between physical events.

• Internal events: You bring our sites to life through team activities and celebrations that reflect our CARE culture.

• Brand materials: You manage the ordering and stock of merchandise, booth materials, and giveaways, keeping everything on-brand and ready to go.

• Proven experience in event project management, ideally in a B2B, scientific, or healthcare environment

• Strong project management skills — you juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping a ball

• A solution-oriented, “make-it-work” mindset and sharp problem-solving instincts

• Curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools to work smarter — from research and copy to campaign support

• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

• Willing and able to travel for events across our European and US sites

• Organized, detail-driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, international team

• Full-time permanent contract (indefinite).
