SOFTSWISS is hiring an Event Manager to join a compact People & Corporate Initiatives team. This is a role focused on delivering high-quality internal events, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.
You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, including C-level leadership, supporting strategic projects, corporate events, and team-building initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.
You’ll lead and deliver internal corporate events and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, alignment, and communication across the organisation. Your work will directly support C-level priorities and improve how teams connect and collaborate across the business.
Plan and deliver internal corporate events, leadership meetings, and team-building activities across multiple locations and formats
Coordinate special projects and initiatives requested by C-level executives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Develop and improve team-building and employee engagement processes in collaboration with HR and leadership stakeholders
Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including vendors, travel coordination, and on-site execution when required
Support internal communication initiatives linked to corporate culture and employee experience
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of events with business priorities and strategic goals
Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate event management or 5+ years in agency-side event delivery
Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from planning to execution
