Press and Dealer Meetings
Training and Motivation Events
Product & Service Launches and Gala Nights
Roadshows
Internal Corporate Events (New Year celebrations, seasonal gatherings, anniversary events, company picnics and sports activities)
Award Ceremonies
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects
Digital & Hybrid Event Projects
We are looking for a senior-level professional who will take ownership of both business development and end-to-end event project management processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and leading the strategic planning and execution of large-scale event projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and acquiring new clients; developing and expanding the company’s event portfolio
Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients
Designing and presenting creative event concepts and project proposals
Planning and managing the full event flow and execution process, including stage production, decoration, printed materials, transportation and transfers, accommodation, catering, and on-site logistics and operations.
Preparing project budgets, cost analyses, and financial planning
Managing supplier relationships and ensuring operational excellence
While new client acquisition is a priority, managing and growing the existing portfolio will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in event management and organization
Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
Strong background in supplier and vendor management
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Analytical mindset with solid budgeting and cost management capabilities
No travel restrictions
