• Lead daily shutdown coordination, safety and progress meetings on site
• Manage contractor workforce mobilisation, performance and productivity
• Oversee shutdown budget, cost tracking and reporting throughout execution
• Drive strong HSE outcomes, ensuring compliance with site systems, PTW and shutdown controls
• Manage emergent work, competing priorities and brownfield constraints during execution
• Deliver structured post‑shutdown close‑out, reporting and lessons learned

About you

• Trade or engineering background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or SMP
• Strong track record delivering LNG or oil & gas shutdowns / turnarounds in a contract capacity
• Proven ability to step into active shutdown environments and lead execution under pressure
• Demonstrated experience managing schedule, cost, contractors and on‑site risks
• Strong working knowledge of SAP CMMS, shutdown work management and execution processes
• Highly adaptable, decisive and delivery‑focused with a “hit the ground running” mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across operations, maintenance and contractors

What we offer

• Adelaide CBD‑based contract role with site mobilisation for shutdown execution
• Exposure to Tier 1 shutdown delivery frameworks and systems
• Competitive day rate aligned to experience and scope
• Dynamic, fast‑paced shutdown environment with repeat campaign potential
• Opportunity to work with experienced shutdown teams across UGL and major operating clients
