What sets the Events Team apart?

We are a team with many Marriott awards, but it’s the positive customer feedback on our events that drives us to excel. The vibrancy that fills our hotel is fascinating, and we are responsible for it, which makes us proud. Our goal is to see happy faces from the initial contact and tour of the hotel facilities all the way through to billing. We have fun, support each other, and are always in communication.

What will you do?

• You will independently manage your own clients and projects, from the initial inquiry through to successful execution.
• You will inspire and engage clients with our spirit and passion for creating exceptional events.
• You will confidently negotiate contracts and ensure that all agreements are managed effectively.
• You will respond to individual client needs and develop creative, tailor-made solutions.
• You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and interacting with our diverse clients, associations, and communities with openness and appreciation.
• You have a keen eye for detail and know how to create memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.
• You will benefit from our wide range of training and development programs to support your professional and personal growth.
• You are eager to grow, take on responsibility, and explore long-term international career opportunities.

What makes you stand out?

You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotel industry (minimum 1-2 years) and are fluent in both German and English.
