Come and be part of the action as a casual Event Day Assistant Venue Operations Centre (VOC) Log Operator with Auckland Stadiums, New Zealand’s leading stadium operator. From world-class sporting fixtures to major concerts and festivals, you’ll help deliver safe, welcoming, and unforgettable experiences for our patrons.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail‑focused Event Day Assistant VOC Log Operators to support the VOC during events, working closely with the Event Manager and wider event delivery teams.
As Event Day Assistant VOC Log Operators, your responsibilities will include:
This is a flexible, casual role with shifts scheduled across a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late nights. You’ll need to be available to work across Go Media Stadium, North Harbour Stadium, and Western Springs Stadium, so having reliable transport or access to public transport is essential.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
✔ A positive, approachable attitude
✔ A passion for excellent customer service and live events
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
✔ A high standard of grooming and presentation
✔ Availability across a 7-day week
Experience in live events and entertainment is advantageous.
A valid NZ Full Driver’s License is also advantageous but not essential.
