We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Event Day Assistants to help create a safe, welcoming, and exciting experience for all guests while supporting event operations.
As Event Day Assistants, your responsibilities will include:
This is a flexible, casual role with shifts scheduled across a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late nights. You’ll need to be available to work across Go Media Stadium, North Harbour Stadium, and Western Springs Bowl, so having reliable transport or access to public transport is essential.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
✔ A positive, approachable attitude
✔ A passion for excellent customer service and live events
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
✔ A high standard of grooming and presentation
✔ Availability across a 7-day week
Experience in live events and entertainment is advantageous.
A valid NZ Full Driver’s License and a Forklift Operator Certificate are also advantageous but not essential.
