About the role

We're looking for an Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Momos' field and industry events across North America. You'll keep logistics, vendor communication, attendee coordination, and on-the-ground details running smoothly behind every event, working closely with the marketing team to turn event plans into flawless execution. From time to time, this role will require flexibility to support live events or urgent coordination outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end logistics for trade shows, conferences, and customer events: vendor communication, shipping and equipment coordination, swag procurement, booth setup coordination, and run-of-show documentation
• Coordinate registration platforms, attendee lists, and event scheduling
• Track event timelines and deliverables, flagging risks or delays early
• Provide remote coordination support during live events, including occasional flexibility outside standard hours when events are in progress
• Support pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications (email, social, outreach sequences)
• Help manage attendee segmentation and outreach lists
• Coordinate with sales and marketing on meeting-booking logistics for event attendees
• Work with design and content teams to prepare event collateral: signage, decks, handouts, and digital assets
• Maintain an organized library of event materials and templates
• Track basic event metrics (leads captured, attendance, follow-up completion) and support post-event reporting

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or administrative marketing support (B2B or SaaS environment preferred)
• Fluent in written and spoken English — strong, polished communication is essential for this role
• Comfortable with occasional flexibility in working hours to support live events
• Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple moving pieces and deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable under time pressure
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Interest or background in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail tech space
• Experience supporting virtual/webinar events in addition to in-person ones
