Event Coordinator Trainee – Internship (October 2026 to March 2027)

Meet your future team
Join the Training & Event Organisation (TEO) team at PwC Luxembourg, where you will work closely with experienced Event Coordinators delivering internal and external events across Luxembourg and EMEA. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, from suppliers to participants, to ensure smooth and high‑quality event delivery.

What your role will look like
As a trainee, you support the end‑to‑end delivery of events, gaining hands‑on experience in event management while contributing to seamless execution and strong participant experience. Your role helps ensure events run efficiently, from early planning to onsite coordination and follow‑up.

  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of internal and external events, supporting timelines, logistics and deliverables

  • Help source and coordinate venues, accommodation, catering and activity providers to ensure smooth event execution

  • Manage event registrations and participant communications, ensuring clear and timely information sharing

  • Coordinate logistics such as transportation, materials and onsite requirements to support event readiness

  • Liaise with speakers, suppliers and participants to align expectations and ensure quality delivery

  • Support financial tracking activities, including invoice processing and budget monitoring

  • Provide onsite and virtual support during events, helping deliver a consistent and engaging participant experience

You will gain practical, hands‑on experience across the full event lifecycle, working on a variety of formats and scales. You will build coordination and stakeholder management skills while progressively taking ownership of key event activities.

The skills you bring

  • Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field

  • Availability for a 6‑month internship with a valid university agreement

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Strong interest in event organisation and project coordination

  • Ways of working
