Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Event organization: Assist in planning and executing CLSA Forums including registration, socials, and reporting.
• Logistics management: Coordinate travel, hotels, ground transportation, catering, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regional offices.
• Stakeholder communication: Handle enquiries from corporates, clients, internal staff and external vendors; prepare pre- and post-event reports.
• Meeting coordination: Support corporate access and roadshow meetings, consolidating investor requests and arranging schedules.
• Virtual event support: Set up and monitor group calls (Zoom/other platforms)
• Ad-hoc projects: Provide support on additional tasks as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of corporate access and marketing event experience in Investment Banking industry
• Strong administrative and/or travel coordination skill in a fast paced and high volume environment
• Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
• Highly client focused and results driven
• Able to work under pressure and overtime work
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
