Job Description

Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is located in the Pratunam area, the heart of Bangkok's fashion and shopping district. • Responsible for selling off-site events and locations.
• Handle all meetings and catering enquiries according to standard procedures.
• Act as a one-stop shop for clients for detailed event planning and work closely with banquet operations, food & beverage management, finance and external suppliers.
• Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling of hotel facilities and services.
• Conduct site inspections, client entertainment and familiarization.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably within a hotel, banquet, or events environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with hotel systems (e.g. Opera, banquet/event management software) is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently across departments.
• A team player who remains calm and efficient under time pressure.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.
