About the job

You plan,coordinateand deliver internal and external events, customer visits,meetingsand digital experiences. From theinitialconcept through execution and follow-up, you ensure every detail is inplaceand every participant receives a professional and seamless experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate events,meetingsand customer visits from planning through delivery and evaluation.

  • Develop project plans, timelines,budgetsand communication activities.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful execution.

  • Manage invitations, registrations, attendeecommunicationand eventlogistics

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation,restaurantsand other visitor-related activities whenrequired

  • Measure outcomes, collectfeedbackandidentifyopportunities to improve future events and processes.

Location and flexibility

The role is based in Sandviken, andyou work on-site.

Your profile

You bring experience from event coordination, project management, hospitality,communicationsor a related field. Working with multiple activities simultaneously comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating structure while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and stakeholders.Strong communicationskills in both Swedish and English are essential.

Your background includes

  • Experience planning and executing events, meetings, customervisitsor similar activities.

  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Strong communicationskills in Swedish and English.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.

  • Experience working with event platforms, project managementsystemsor digital event tools is an advantage.
