Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion.
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare event materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
• Support on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative event concepts and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to event activities.
• Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements
