Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Event coordinator to organize excellent events.

You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards.

An event coordinator must be well-organized and competent in vendor management.

Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates

Identify and target new business opportunities in the events industry

(corporate, private, and public sectors).

Convert leads into business opportunities to achieve personal event sales

targets

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Negotiate and close contracts with clients for event services.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are communicated and fulfilled.

Oversee the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring

the use of event management systems.

Ensure all events are conducted in accordance with local laws, regulations,

and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event

details.

Coordinate with event organizers and venue management to secure the

necessary permits and approvals for the food truck.

Ensure the food truck is positioned at the right location within event sites to

maximize visibility and accessibility.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Analytical mindset to assess sales potential and make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of event planning processes and logistics is a plus.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelors degree

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events or F&B

industry.

Valid UAE driving license required for conducting site visits and managing logistics.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
