GG Media is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of event operations run efficiently from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines
Support budget tracking and resource allocation
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for future improvements
Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations
Strong organizational and time management skills
