JOB PROFILE – Event Coordinator
REPORTS TO: EventManager / EventCoordinator
ROLE: Assistant to EventManagerand Event Coordinator, thirdin command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.
MEASUREMENT:

• Is fully trained on EventManager’s role and responsibilities
• Able to take on EventManager’s role due to illness or vacation
• Understands and practices all booking procedures
• Fully understands and follows all sales procedures

• Hourly wage
