Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsorships across European and global markets.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future, Future Labs Live, and BPI Europe.
  • Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and event participants.
  • Align event communications with the Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists.
  • Manage booth logistics including graphic design briefs, digital display upgrades, and physical booth assets.
  • Act as primary liaison with external event organizers, venues, and third-party suppliers.
  • Support account-based marketing activities by providing event intelligence, attendee data, and engagement tracking.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials, digital assets, and external communications.
  • Track event performance metrics and deliver post-event reports covering attendance, sponsorship ROI, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Guide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Strong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, Asana) and digital collaboration platforms
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
