About the Role

As an Entry-Level Event Communications Assistant, you will support live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives by helping create meaningful connections between brands, organizations, and the public.

This role provides hands-on experience in:

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives at live events and promotional campaigns
  • Communicate campaign messaging clearly to customers, supporters, and community members
  • Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Assist with event preparation, setup, coordination, and breakdown
  • Support outreach efforts, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives
  • Help create positive customer and community experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communicators with a positive and professional attitude
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Interested in communications, marketing, event promotions, customer service, or public relations

No previous experience is required — comprehensive paid training is provided.
