Job Description

As the Event & Communication Coordinator at Tumble Creek, your primary function will be to promote and execute Club and Special Events for current members and prospects. You'll create and distribute promotional materials to engage member participation within the Club. As highly professional, engaging and committed individual, you will find success in enriching the lives of our Members, guests, and prospective buyers through special events.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00/hour D.O.E.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, implementation and distribution of marketing and promotion materials. These may be in the form of print, website design, social media and more.
• Execute social programming within the Great House, and other venues as assigned, in collaboration with the Great House & Events Manager.
• Be available to meet with prospective private event clients and answer club & event related questions.
• Create Banquet Event Orders for internal distribution. A critical eye for detail is necessary to ensure accurate communication within the team to meet client needs.
• Develop event materials including BEO’s, Resumes, layout/seating charts, menu prints and other details.
• Process invoices for event vendors.
• Capture images and videos at special events to illustrate the Tumble Creek Lifestyle on applicable social media platforms.
• Collaborate with others on interdepartmental events.
• Be available for day of execution on all events, offsetting with the Great House & Events Manager. This includes weekends and evenings as needed.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with the membership.

Qualifications

• Experience in communication, event planning, marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Provide effective and clear communication.
• Compute basic mathematics.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe or related software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft business suite preferred.
