BE A BRAND AND PRODCUT AMBASSADOR
The Event Car Captain is a Red Bull brand ambassador and the face of the brand with strong external impact, who is not only responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle and the execution of the surrounding program but above all bringing in new ideas regarding the Red Bull event cars in terms of usage, new features, activities and events. They are the most direct connection with existing and potential consumers, event organizers and 3rd party people: They have the incredible opportunity to create endless memories and unexpected emotions, giving the chance to everyone to experiment with the brand and to offer them a moment of pure entertainment. Thanks to their connections within the region and their network, they have the power of deciding what to do and where to go in order to always be where the consumers are, they have the freedom and resources to bring to life personal projects and activities on their own, always according to the brand and the local Red Bull team.
RED BULL REPRESENTATIVE
The event car drivers represent Red Bull towards the consumers during their travels and activities and are absolutely reliable (loyalty, safety, integrity – no drugs, alcohol etc.)
OPERATIONAL CONDITION
Ensure that the Event Car is kept in optimal condition at all times, holding weekly meetings with the Fleet Management agency, raising preventive alerts, and seeking maximum efficiency when performing maintenance.
ORGANIZATION
The event car drivers hit the road as much as they can, detecting every opportunity in their region, finding locations and occasions where to bring the Red Bull event car. Plan an annual agenda for the Marketing Plan presented by the Event Car, providing direct support to its FMS.
PLANNING ACTIVITIES
Flawlessly execute plans according to Red Bull standards, building strong relationships/negotiations on-site with stakeholders (event producers, agencies, photographers, DJs, etc.).
AFTER EVENT RECAP & BUSINESS DRIVEN
Accurately report all activities to make strategic team decisions based on the impact of the plans. DATA + PPT. Attend area and business meetings to stay fully informed about your role. (Weekly FM, Bi-weekly FM + other areas such as MKT, MEC, BU) Responsible management of the budget allocated to the different categories of the Event Car (fuel, maintenance, repairs, productions, event support, etc.).
CONTENT CREATION
Develop content plans to maximize the communication reach of the asset. Manage filmmakers, content creators, and brand friends to ensure high content standards.
