The Event Captain is a senior on-site leader responsible for event execution, ensuring every event is delivered with excellence, organization, and professionalism. This role leads service teams in the field, manages service flow, and ensures all aspects of the event align with the Banquet Event Order (BEO), timeline, and 24 Carrots standards.
As the primary point of contact for service during events, the Event Captain partners closely with Sales, Culinary, Beverage, and venue or planner contacts to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, real-time decision-making, and the ability to maintain composure while managing dynamic event environments.
