Until campus construction is completed, we are located at Crescent Plaza, Tan Phu Ward, in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly District 7).

About the role
The Event & Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the institution's centralized event portfolio by establishing strategy, standards, governance, and execution excellence. The role balances strategic planning, operational delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership to ensure every event delivers a strong participant experience and supports institutional objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Event & Campaign Manager are organized across 7 primary areas:
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop annual event strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Create and manage the institutional master event calendar.
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, templates, and standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on event direction and experience design.
2. Quality Assurance & Experience Design
• Maintain consistent event quality and brand standards.
• Monitor compliance with event SOPs and operating procedures.
• Implement innovations to improve attendee engagement and event experience.
• Drive continuous enhancement of event delivery practices.
3. Event Portfolio Management
• Lead planning and execution of centralized events and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among departments.
• Prioritize event requests and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
4. Stakeholder Management
· Partner with Academic Affairs, Student Life, MarCom and operational departments
· Manage senior stakeholders, VIPs, and external partners
· Consult with internal stakeholders on event objectives and delivery methods.
5. Budget & Vendor Management
· Manage annual event budgets and financial reporting.
· Oversee procurement, vendor onboarding, contracts, and performance management.
· Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and financial policies.
· Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
6. Team Leadership
· Lead and coach Event & Campaign Officer(s).
· Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
· Develop team capabilities and succession readiness.
· Foster a service-focused and collaborative culture.
7. Performance & Continuous Improvement
· Track event KPIs and operational performance.
· Conduct post-event evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
· Continuously improve templates, workflows, and playbooks.
· Use data to inform future event planning and investment decisions.
Other duties:
Contributing to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed; and perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for
EducationBachelor’s degree (Marketing, Events, Business, or related field).
Experience
o 6–8+ years in event management, with leadership experience
o Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex events
o Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
