We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, sales, customer service, and communications

As an Event Assistant, you will support live marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and fundraising programs for established charity partners. You will represent our clients through professional face-to-face interactions, connect with community members, and help drive successful campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charity partners through face-to-face marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Engage with customers, donors, and community members in a professional and positive manner
• Support fundraising initiatives and help achieve campaign performance goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and sharing campaign information
• Build strong relationships with community members and supporters
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, campaign activity, and donations
• Assist with daily event operations, marketing activities, and administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops
• Share campaign updates, feedback, and results with management
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
