We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, presenting products and services, and contributing to team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
