Responsibilities

  Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.

  Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.

  Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.

  Help manage guest registration and attendee flow.

  Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.

  Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.

  Respond to attendee questions and provide excellent customer service.

  Gather attendee feedback and report observations to the team.

  Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
