Job Description

Responsibilities:
Organize various events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs.
Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and attendee registration.
Prepare and keep all FESC photos from relevant events on an external drive.
Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and promotional materials related to events.
Coordinate event execution, managing schedules, speakers, logistics, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the main point of contact for attendees, vendors, and media representatives during events.
Create and post all FESC activities on Facebook and Telegram.
Share important and updated news from MoEYS and relevant ministries.
Develop engaging content for social media and respond to inquiries.
Collaborate with designers and team members for visually appealing posts.
Coordinate with other press release media.
Take photos for boards at various events.
Develop and update FESC news/events on the website, including text, images, and multimedia.
Work with IT to implement technical updates.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience with graphic design software.
Proven experience in managing events from conception to execution.
Good level of English Proficiency.
