Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking an Event and Marketing Assistant to support promotional events, marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in event and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Help prepare and organize marketing and promotional materials
• Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities
• Assist with customer engagement and outreach activities
• Coordinate event supplies, schedules, and materials
• Gather customer feedback and event observations
• Maintain organized records of event and marketing activities
• Collaborate with team members on promotional projects
• Assist with post-event organization and reporting
• Perform additional marketing and event duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends
• Previous event, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
