Job Description
Sun Valley Co-op is currently looking for an individual to join our team at the Morris Gas Bar in the full time position of Evening & Weekend Supervisor.
Reporting line: Gas Bar Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring our team is providing the best possible customer service
To coordinate and communicate tasks to be completed by evening & weekend team members
Maintaining a clean, organized sales floor in our C-Store
Dispensing all of our petroleum products (including propane)
Understanding & running a point of sale system
What do we expect from candidates
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Be a team leader with the ability to delegate
Provide superior focus on customer service
Previous supervisory experience will be considered an asset.
