The Experience You’ll Create:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversee daily warehouse zone operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies; coordinating receiving, storage, and delivery activities; supporting warehouse security and equipment readiness; and leading team members to achieve operational goals.

Shift:
Sunday - Thursday 4 PM to Midnight
  • Lead warehouse team members through effective selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and clear communication of expectations.
  • Support warehouse operational goals by monitoring productivity, quality, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer-service standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by optimizing floor space, following established logistics processes, and reinforcing department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts, variance reconciliation, proper product placement, stock rotation, and timely data entry.
  • Support equipment reliability by enforcing operating procedures, troubleshooting issues, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs, and assisting with fleet maintenance as needed.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader by assisting with daily warehouse tasks and supporting timely, accurate, and productive order processing.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and labor performance.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Manager and operations leadership to execute warehouse objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ingredients for Thriving:

  • Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with basic math, logical reasoning, reporting, and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing needs, and remain dependable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety practices, equipment maintenance, storage racking, and pallet systems.
  • Valid Driver’s License required; Chauffeur’s License preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Lightspeed/Seed systems experience preferred.

  • The physical demands for this position are sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours.
