Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00pm–9:00pm
About Us
Hope Residence provides compassionate, person-centered care for adults with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a supportive and proactive Evening Supervisor to oversee our caregiving staff during the second shift and ensure a positive, high-quality environment for residents and team members.

Position Summary
The Evening Supervisor plays a key role in supporting caregivers, promoting resident well-being, and ensuring smooth evening operations. This position observes staff interactions, assists with training, provides administrative support, and serves as a resource for new team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support evening caregiving staff
- Observe staff performance, resident interactions, and mealtime routines
- Provide coaching and training as needed
- Support and check in with new DSPs; answer questions and assist with onboarding
- Ensure implementation of resident programs and cares
- Complete filing tasks (programmatic & financial documents)
- Email evening shift reports to management team
- Provide administrative assistance to managers, DON, and Administrator
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for resident rights

Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience and 2+ years caregiving experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs (lift up to 20 lbs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and build a supportive team environment
