Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for an Evening Site Supervisor in Seneca Falls. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring they are well-trained, supported, and delivering high-quality care. You'll be responsible for hiring, coaching, evaluating staff, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment.
Your role includes making sure all services meet agency standards and state regulations, with accurate and timely documentation. You'll oversee daily operations, manage program budgets, and ensure proper handling of individual funds. Supporting people with disabilities is central to your work-coordinating activities, promoting community involvement, and ensuring their health, safety, privacy, and well-being. You'll help implement each person's Life Plan, advocate for their needs, and maintain clear communication with their support team. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you'll also contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and explore new ways to enhance the lives of those we support.
Location: Seneca Falls
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 3 pm - 11pm
37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20.60 - $21.60 based on experience
Evening Site Supervisor Requirements
High School Diploma with 3-5 years' experience working in Residential Services.
Current valid NYS driver's license.
Minimum qualifications may be waived at the discretion of the Senior VP Administration
