What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load aggregate materials into railcars accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure reliable operations.
• Coordinate railcar movement and loading activities with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate loadout records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Support housekeeping, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and productive operation.

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ability to maintain situational awareness and safely perform duties during extended periods of physical activity.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
