Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing great customer service? We're looking for a professional and outgoing Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.
Schedule:
What You’ll Do:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Need:
Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems
