🕒 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 17:30 to 02:00

💰 Salary: £14.06 an hour - weekly pay.

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our production team. This role plays a vital part in preparing, processing, and packing products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, take pride in your work, and help ensure customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are consistently met.

No Previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out production and packing tasks efficiently and safely operate machinery, mechanical equipment, and automated systems (training provided)

• Complete production documentation accurately to maintain full traceability

• Contribute to achieving production targets and maximising efficiency

• Maintain product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards at all times

• Follow company Health & Safety procedures and training

• Support waste segregation and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes

• Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by Shift Manager or Supervisor

• Participate in required training to support personal and business development Health, Safety & Quality

• Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others

• Report accidents, near misses, or safety concerns promptly

• Adhere to a “clean as you go” policy and wear PPE correctly

• Follow all food safety, quality, legality, and integrity procedures to prevent contamination or quality issues
