Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Co.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our production team. This role plays a vital part in preparing, processing, and packing products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, take pride in your work, and help ensure customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are consistently met.

🕒 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (17:30 to 02:00)

💰 Salary: £14.06 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production and packing tasks efficiently and safely

• Operate machinery, mechanical equipment, and automated systems (training provided)

• Complete production documentation accurately to maintain full traceability

• Contribute to achieving production targets and maximising efficiency

• Maintain product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards at all times

• Follow company Health & Safety procedures and training

• Support waste segregation and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes

• Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by Line Managers or Supervisors

• Participate in required training to support personal and business development

Health, Safety & Quality

• Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others

• Report accidents, near misses, or safety concerns promptly

• Adhere to a “clean as you go” policy and wear PPE correctly

• Follow all food safety, quality, legality, and integrity procedures to prevent contamination or quality issues

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Willing to learn and complete role-specific training

• Reliable, punctual, and conscientious

• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods of time

• Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Training Provided
