Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | (3PM–11PM)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them navigate daily life in residential and community settings.

Compensation: Starting at $20.20/hour, with earning potential up to $24.20/hour through shift differentials and overtime opportunities.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours weekly) with flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct support to individuals living in group homes, apartments, and supported living settings
• Assist with day-to-day needs such as meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and maintaining a household environment
• Encourage independence through community outings, recreational involvement, and individualized goal support
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while completing electronic documentation accurately and on time
• Partner with supervisors and team members to support individual goals and maintain program standards
• Paid training provided — experience is welcome but not required

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing ( 5 points or fewer)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrated employment reliability, including at least one year with a previous employer
