360clean is looking for a reliable evening support technician who wants steady part-time income and enjoys working independently while helping keep local businesses clean and professional.
This role is perfect for someone who:
• Already works during the day and wants additional income
• Likes variety and working at different locations
• Takes pride in doing quality work and being dependable
We provide a monthly availability retainer plus guaranteed cleaning hours, creating predictable income while still offering schedule flexibility.
Compensation
• $300 monthly availability retainer
• Guaranteed $500–$1,000 per month in cleaning hours (or more)
• $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cleaning Support Technician, you will assist our team across several client locations in the Roanoke area by:• Covering cleaning shifts when team members are unavailable
• Assisting with deep cleans and detail work
• Performing routine commercial cleaning (offices, restrooms, breakrooms, etc.)
• Ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and professionally maintainedAssignments vary, so no two nights are exactly the same
Schedule Expectations
• Must be available after 5 PM Monday–Friday
• Most shifts occur between 4 PM – 10 PM
• Hours vary depending on coverage needs

We are looking for someone who is:• Dependable and responsive when coverage is needed
• Comfortable working independently at different locations
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
• Able to communicate clearly with supervisors
Requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work at multiple locations when needed
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
