We're looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Evening Cleaning Manager to join our growing team.
You'll support our cleaning teams across Burton, Derby, Nottingham, Lichfield, Tamworth and surrounding areas, ensuring our sites remain clean and our customers are happy.
✔ Supporting and supervising cleaning teams
✔ Carrying out site visits and quality audits
✔ Training and inducting new cleaners
✔ Answering cleaner queries between 5pm and 10pm via phone. Potentially covering sickness absence when required.
✔ Conducting trial shifts for new applicants
✔ Building great relationships with customers
✅ £30,000–£32,000 salary
✅ Company vehicle and fuel card for use during your working shift
✅ The company vehicle must be collected from and returned to our Burton-on-Trent base (DE14 3AU) at the start and end of each shift

✅ 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with service)

The working hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm. The company vehicle is provided for business use during these working hours and must be collected from and returned to DE14 3AU each day.
