Join us as an Evaluation Manager with the Arkansas Center for Women and Infants’ Health at UAMS. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation support for the UAMS High Risk Pregnancy Program (HRPP) Education and Outreach initiatives. This includes designing, implementing, and managing performance measurement systems aligned with state and federal contract deliverables, including provider training, emergency obstetric readiness initiatives, case conferences, summits, webinars, and clinical guideline dissemination.

Key Responsibilities:
The Evaluation Manager ensures compliance with performance-based contracting standards, tracks outcome and process indicators, supports continuous quality improvement (CQI), and prepares required quarterly and annual reports for DHS.
