At Octopus Electric Vehicles Germany, we are revolutionising the mobility market directly at the workplace. We aren't looking for traditional salespeople; we are looking for Employee Experience Pioneers.
Your mission is essential: In this founding phase, your role is a dynamic hybrid with a clear focus on the B2C sector, while actively supporting our B2B operations. You are the essential interface between our corporate clients and their workforce:
B2C Excellence (Primary Focus) You provide individual and passionate guidance to the employees of our partner companies. Your mission is to turn the advisory process into a true experience, helping them find the perfect EV for our Salary Sacrifice model.
B2B Support: As we build our presence in Germany, you will also assist in the B2B sector, helping to acquire new companies and integrate them into our ecosystem.

B2C Consultative Sales (Employee Focus): You advise employees individually on vehicles, charging technology, and the exclusive (tax) benefits of their employer’s mobility model. You accompany them with empathy from the initial inquiry through to the delivery of their dream car.
Process Engineering: You use feedback from employee consultations to perfect our sales pipelines and advisory tools for the German market. You identify what matters most to employees and build processes accordingly.
B2B & Relationship Management: support acquisition meetings at the corporate level, and implement our Salary Sacrifice programme.
Future Leadership: As OEV grows, you will become a mentor for new team members. You will share your knowledge of corporate employees' needs and help prepare our B2C units for scaling.
Engagement & Presentation: You manage your pipeline in the CRM, deliver inspiring (virtual) employee presentations, and represent us at launch events directly on-site at our corporate clients' locations.
Consultative DNA: You love making complex topics (such as salary sacrifice, taxation, and range) easy to understand and attractive for laypeople. You are an excellent listener and a "closer" with great intuition.
Startup Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic environment. "Hands-on" means being able to improvise when necessary to find the best solution for an employee.
Service Excellence: You understand that you aren't just selling a car, but managing an exclusive employee benefit. High-quality service and trust are your top priorities.
Passion for Sustainability: You are on fire for e-mobility and can authentically transfer this enthusiasm to others.
Languages: Native-level German is mandatory (as you will communicate directly with German employees); very good English skills for collaborating with our London team are a major plus.
