up to £37,000 | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid - Toddington 2 days

Join the Charge—Be Part of the EV and Energy Revolution! 🚗⚡

Are you ready to help shape the future of sustainable travel? We’re proud to be leading the Electric Vehicle (EV) revolution on the UK motorway network, making EV charging more accessible and eliminating range anxiety for drivers nationwide.

We’re looking for an EV & Energy Coordinator to help power one of the most exciting areas of our business.

As Moto continues to invest in EV infrastructure and energy solutions across our network, this role will play a key part in keeping everything moving. You’ll bring structure, pace and visibility to complex activity — making sure the right people are connected, actions are delivered, and nothing falls through the gaps.

If you enjoy being at the centre of things, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and love bringing order to complexity, this could be a great fit.

What we offer:

  • Up to 15% company performance related bonus

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Up to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friends

  • Enhanced benefits, including maternity, paternity, pension, sick pay and life assurance

  • Fabulous training and development opportunities

What You'll Do:

You’ll act as the central coordination point across a wide range of projects and stakeholders, including Grid, Property, Finance, Legal, Operations and external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating activity across grid connections and site development projects

  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking clear, structured minutes

  • Managing action logs and making sure follow-ups are completed on time

  • Keeping central trackers accurate, up to date and meaningful

  • Tracking dependencies and spotting risks or delays early

  • Supporting reporting, packs and updates for senior leaders

  • Helping ensure information flows clearly across teams and stakeholders

  • Supporting with new systems (including CRM implementation) and keeping teams aligned

What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple priorities.

  • Previous proven experience in a coordination, project support or admin-based role

  • Experience working with data, trackers or complex programmes

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts

  • Confidence running meetings, taking minutes and owning follow-ups

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

  • A collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Teams)

  • A proactive mindset — someone who spots issues early and takes action

Why join us?

This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact, future-focused programme as Moto continues to evolve its EV and energy offer.

You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams, gain exposure to large-scale projects, and play a key role in keeping everything on track.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including full or part time hours, as well as wherever we can compress or a fixed shift pattern to support your work life balance.
