As a EUV Technician Cabin Assy, you play a key role in building ASML’s most advanced EUV lithography systems. These systems enable smaller, faster, and more energy‑efficient chips that power everyday technologies around the world.
In this role, you prepare and assemble machine cabins for NXE systems with high precision and care. Your work ensures that critical electrical and mechanical components are installed safely and correctly. As a EUV Technician Cabin Assy, you contribute directly to product quality, production flow, and continuous improvement within ASML’s manufacturing environment.
This role combines hands‑on assembly work with a strong focus on quality and safety. You work in a structured production flow while actively supporting process improvements.

The EUV Technician Cabin Assy role is based in Veldhoven and operates in a two‑shift schedule, including one weekend shift every four weeks. The work is physically active and takes place in a high‑tech factory environment.
You report to the Team Leader Cabin Preparation within the manufacturing organization. When cabin preparation activities are limited, you support other manufacturing departments.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 47,500 euro and 53,500 euro This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
