Introduction to the job

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Role and responsibilities

As an EUV Optical inspection technician, you will:

• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of components and auxiliary parts, as well as prepare components and tools according to work instructions.

• Inspect components for contamination and damage using various light sources, microscopes, magnifiers, and other testing equipment.

• Clean components with suitable solvents when required and document defects according to work instructions, e.g. through photo documentation and checklists.

• Carry out in-process measurements using different measuring and testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, measuring microscopes, pressure and leak testers.

• Prepare, evaluate, and store measurement data in accordance with manufacturing documentation and document production results.

• Create quality notifications and maintain measuring devices and measuring machines according to maintenance and cleaning plans.

• Prepare, package, and ship components for external processing or internal customers according to work instructions.

Education and experience

• You have successfully completed a technical vocational training program, ideally as a precision optician or microtechnologist.

• You have relevant professional experience in the inspection of optical components.

• You are able to confidently read and understand technical drawings.

• You are willing to work in cleanroom and shift environments and ideally already have experience working in cleanrooms.

• You have experience handling solvents.

• You are confident using MS Excel and Word and ideally already have experience working with SAP.

• You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitendenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter:in EUV optische Kontrolle wirst du:

• Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen von Bauteilen und Zusatzteilen durchführen sowie Bauteile und Tools gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen vorbereiten.

• Bauteile mithilfe verschiedener Lichtquellen, Mikroskope, Lupen und weiterer Prüfmittel auf Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen kontrollieren.

• Bei Bedarf Bauteile mit geeigneten Lösemitteln reinigen und Fehler gemäß Arbeitsanweisung dokumentieren, z. B. durch Fotodokumentationen und Checklisten.

• Fertigungsbegleitende Messungen mit unterschiedlichen Mess- und Prüfmitteln wie Koordinatenmessgeräten, Messmikroskopen oder Druck- und Lecktestern durchführen.

• Messdaten gemäß Fertigungsdokumenten aufbereiten, bewerten, abspeichern und Fertigungsergebnisse dokumentieren.

• Qualitätsmeldungen erstellen sowie Messgeräte und Messmaschinen gemäß Wartungs- und Reinigungsplan pflegen und warten.

• Bauteile nach Arbeitsanweisung für externe Bearbeitung oder interne Kunden vorbereiten, verpacken und versenden.

Deine Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Feinoptiker:in oder Mikrotechnolog:in.

• Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kontrolle optischer Bauteile mit.

• Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und verstehen.

• Du bist bereit zur Reinraum- und Schichtarbeit und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Reinraumumfeld.

• Du besitzt Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lösemitteln.

• Du gehst sicher mit MS Excel und Word um und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.

• Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Du überzeugst durch sehr gute feinmotorische Fähigkeiten und sehr gutes Sehvermögen.

• Du hast eine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise.

• Du bist zuverlässig und pünktlich.

• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, um gemeinsam bedeutsame Ziele zu erreichen.

• Du verfügst über eine gute körperliche Fitness und hast eine hohe Belastbarkeit.
