EUROPEAN SALES MANAGER - LOOP TACKLE

LOOP Tackle is seeking a highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with strong fly fishing knowledge, and a pioneering spirit. Multiple European territories are available. Salespeople will need to promote, sell, merchandise and demonstrate products to existing and prospective customers.

European Territory Sales responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with store management, shop staff and customers.

  • Maintain a regular schedule based on volume to service the stores in territory.

  • Design and/or participate in trade and customer events

  • Demonstrate proper use of equipment at a high level

  • Highlight promotions and seasonal product targets.

  • Write order drafts via Elastic and share with buyers/owners.

  • Maintain, build, and replace POS installs.

  • Share product knowledge with customers and store employees.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers.

  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking and be able to push, pull and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Additional duties may be assigned from time to time, and duties may change at any time with or without advance notice.

  • Report weekly into sales meetings

  • Collaboration with marketing team, content creation and PR activities.

  • Customer entertainment and community management

Experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience

  • Degree in business or in field industry work - desirable

  • Excel proficiency

  • Elastic/CRM experience

  • PowerPoint

  • NetSuite - desirable

  • Language skills - desirable

Within the territory of Sweden, EU or U.K.
